Storage and Handling

  1. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep container tightly closed.It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids, alcohols, etc., and should not be mixed. Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire equipment.The storage area should be provided with suitable materials to contain the spill. The storage temperature should not exceed 20 ℃, strictly waterproof and moisture-proof, and avoid direct sunlight.

200L galvanized iron bucket, 18L tinplate bucket.Store below 5 ° C. During storage, the container must be tightly sealed and protected with nitrogen.Once moisture leaks into the container, do not seal it too tightly, there should be vent holes to prevent the drum from bursting.

Experimental process

Step-1

Add (1)IPDI 71.0g, (2)Polyester type polyol 160.0g, (3)DMPA 1.2g, (4)Catalyst 0.6g and (5) Acetone 30g in 1000ml three-necked flask.

Step-2

Then stir them (150-300rpm) and heat it till 75℃ for 2hours.

Step-3

After cooled to 50 ℃, add 1,4-butanediol 6.95g+acetone 10g. Then heat up till 70℃ for 3hours.

Step-4

 Cooled to less than 50℃,then add acetone 400g, TEA 0.91g and CA-95 11.8g. Heat up till 50℃ for 10min.

Step-5

Cooled to less than 40℃,emulsify it by adding ethanediamine aqueous (ethanediamine 2.23g+water 12g) and then water 300g.
